Fees are quoted after we understand the decisions on the table, who must be involved, and where sessions will be held. Nothing on this page is a binding offer. There is no online payment or subscription.
Strategic Planning Engagement
From NZD 14,500
Fixed fee for a typical five-to-eight-week engagement with two workshops, interviews, written strategy, and one follow-up. Multi-site or heavy travel increases the fee. A deposit confirms calendar holds — details on the refund page.
Strategy Diagnostic
From NZD 4,800
Fixed fee covering interviews, document review, written memo, and a ninety-minute briefing. Useful when you need clarity before committing to a full planning cycle.
Leadership Alignment Workshop
From NZD 3,200 / day
Day rate plus preparation. Prep is usually billed as a half-day equivalent unless interviews are extensive. Venue hire, if required, is client-arranged.
Annual Strategy Refresh
From NZD 7,500
Package fee for returning clients with an existing Aoraki plan (or a plan of similar quality we can work from). Includes one workshop and an updated written summary.
What moves a quote up or down

How billing works
We issue a letter of engagement with scope, fee, deposit, and timetable. Invoices are in NZD and payable by bank transfer. We do not take card payments on this website.
