We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver advisory engagements, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and — with consent or as permitted — send occasional follow-up relevant to prior work.
Legal bases (where applicable)
We process information because you request a response, because we have a contract or steps toward one, because we have a legitimate interest in running a professional advisory practice, or where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless they convert to a client file. Client engagement files are retained for seven years after the engagement ends, or longer if required for legal claims. Cookie analytics data follows the periods listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We may share information with IT and email providers who process data on our instructions, professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) when needed, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some service providers may store data outside New Zealand. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with the Privacy Act 2020.
Your rights
