When a workshop is enough
Sometimes the strategy is nearly there, but the leadership group is talking past each other. A single well-prepared day can surface the real disagreements, force ranking, and leave the room with written commitments.
What happens
We prepare with short interviews, design the agenda around your live disputes, facilitate the day, and send a decision summary within five business days. We do not run icebreakers for their own sake — every exercise ties to a choice you need to make.
Practical details
Best for groups of four to ten. Larger groups can be split into a morning decision circle and an afternoon cascade with managers. Travel outside Auckland is charged at cost plus time.
